Project timelines are estimated and communicated at the time of agreement. ZROWEB aims to deliver all projects within the agreed timeframe. Delays caused by client-side delays (late content, approvals) may extend the timeline and are not the responsibility of ZROWEB.
All plans are billed as stated at the time of purchase. For annual plans:
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.) in a timely manner. ZROWEB reserves the right to pause work if content is not provided within 14 days of project start.
Upon full payment, all website design and code created specifically for the client becomes the property of the client. ZROWEB retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
ZROWEB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
ZROWEB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time with reasonable notice. Pricing is subject to change upon renewal; existing clients will be notified 30 days in advance.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
